11. 黑洞中的太陽

我的心中有一個隱秘的黑洞，它是出生過程造成的深深傷口——渴望被愛、渴求獨特、盼求認同。爲了填補這空洞，我無休止的向外索求，追尋友情、愛情、金錢、物質、歡樂、刺激……，可惜這個傷口不但沒有癒合，反而越變越大、劇痛無比、深不見底。

一天，陽光樹下忽然傳來了一把聲音，它告訴我黑洞的深處其實藏有一盞久被遺忘的太陽能光燈，只要站在陽光或任何光源下持續向胸腔深深吸氣，便能把明燈重新啓動，自動充電發光。

唯有祂的溫暖熱愛才能把空洞中的冰寒黑暗徹底驅除， 當胸腔被填滿光亮後，它的光芒將慢慢射滲至你身體各部分：手腳、頭腦、雙眼、面容、以至全身皮膚毛孔，讓你成爲内在發亮的人形光體！！

如此，你將重新散發出太陽般的熱暖溫柔，透過你的眼神、微笑、存在，如波光漣漪般輕輕散播開去觸及身邊的人。無需向任何人乞求憐愛 關懷 理解 肯定 認同， 只要有光便能補給能量，資源無憂隨時閃亮……

11. The Sun within the Black Hole

In my heart there is a depressing black hole, it is a deep trauma induced during my birth,  the desire to be loved/recognized/unique.  In order to compensate this hollow, I ceaselessly seek from the outer world temporary things like excitement/friendship/love/money/pleasure/ support/sympathies…, ironically not only hasn’t the wound got any better, but it turned worse, more painful and utterly out of control.

One shiny day, a big tree unexpectedly sent me its song, and told me that deep within the dark hole hides a long forgotten solar lamp：simply stand under the sun or any light source, and breathe deeply into your heart, the lamp will reactivate automatically to charge up and shine.

Only its intense light can eradicate the bitter cold darkness in the black hole.  After the heart is filled up with heat, the glow will gradually infuse to other parts of the body: your brain/eyes/face/trunk/limbs/cells and through every pore of your skin, and you’ll become a shimmering incarnation from inside out!!

As such, the revitalized you will radiate warmth like the sun, and touches everyone around you.  There is no need to expect acceptance/approval/caring/respect/understanding from anyone else, so long as there is light, you can recharge your heart energy, and never will you feel incomplete ever again…
