19. 心之光球

你的心内藏有一個神奇的光之氣球，每當頭腦放空雜念不留，它便會自然呈現，散發陽光下黃金尋回犬般的絨絨金光。

這個奇妙氣球更能隨意放大任意還原，只要合上眼睛平躺在床向心口輕輕吸氣，便能泵入天地傳送的 大愛光子 使它逐漸膨脹，由於氣球有一道防洩活門，所以呼氣時並不會縮小。

只要有意識地進行持續的深呼吸，光球便會一直擴張，開始時與你的心同大，再漸漸大於你的胸腔、身體、房間、城市、海洋、地球、天空……，成爲你寧靜舒適的私人空間，環抱著你閃爍發光。 光球慢慢吸收消化了你一切的焦躁、不安、疲累、痛楚，並為你注入閃閃耀動的修護光波直至滲溢全身每一細胞。

19. The Gleaming Ball of Love

In your heart there is a magical balloon secretly hiding, whenever the mind is opened and released, the shimmering ball will reveal itself, emanating golden lights like a fluffy golden retriever under the sun!

This enchanted balloon can inflate and deflate at your will, simply lie down with your eyes closed, and breathe in gently towards your heart, the  loving brilliances of heaven  shall pumped in naturally. Since the ball has an anti-leaking valve, it won’t shrink when you breathe out.

As you observe your inhalations and exhalations consciously, the balloon will keep on expanding.  At first, it’ll be about the size of your heart, then inflate to the size of your chest► body► room► city► ocean► Earth► sky…, and turn into a comforting and soothing personal space embracing you with love!!

The ball shall slowly absorb and cleanse away all your agony/anxiety/conflict/exhaustions, and instill you with the glittering lights of healing and awareness, until every cell of your body is permeated and flooded with compassionate radiances…

In this loving sanctuary, you can finally relax, and return to your true self again:  the innocent pure-hearted child, the son/daughter of the divine, so free and joyous, weightlessly flying/floating/hovering around in the pure lights of love…
