44. 接載時‘光’的小船

時間大師是一位沉默睿智外表冷苛但内心恩慈的擺渡者，自出生起祂便驅動著我的生命小舟在時間長河中跌盪前遊，急躁的我卻不甘小船的緩慢，誓要跳到冰冷的河水中與時間大師一戰高下，試圖證明自己實力過人具存在價值。

奇怪的是不管我如何極力前游，卻總無法超前這位沉默微笑的掌舵者。河水的逆流沖擊更令我越墮越後，距離目標越來越遠。

時間大師不忍我的勞累，終於開口說話：

“小傻瓜,還是回到船上來吧，可知這艘小船名為“Present號——當下時光，祂每天接收的8萬6千4百秒時光金沙就是分分秒秒贈你一生的奇跡禮物！無論你游離得多遠，我都會在這兒等待你回來。

人生在世一切的掙扎磨難最終目的不過是要你回歸安活於此刻所在！！ 安心回家吧！！儘管安坐船中隨心觀賞河上不息揭展流移的景色風貌，讓我為你導航齊齊穿梭這幕魔幻時空的萬千星辰……”

44. The Little Boat of the Glimmering “Present”

Master Time is a wise and kind boatman, and the navigator of my little Boat of Life along the River Time.  The impatient me always despised the clumsiness of this boat, so I constantly jumped into the bitter cold river to compete with Master Time, striving to prove the worthiness of myself.

Funny as it seemed, no matter how hard I tried, I could never surpass this smiley old man. To make things worse, the countercurrent of the River kept on dashing against me, and dragged me further and further away from my goal.  

Master Time could no longer bear to see my futility and vanity, he finally spoke to me:

‘Dear Son, aren’t you tired of struggling?  Don’t you know the name of this boat is called “the Present”- the 86,400 seconds of golden sand it receives each day is the miraculous gift I present you for life!  No matter how far off you go, I shall always be here waiting for you!!

All the desperations and torments you’ve been through ultimately aimed to bring you back living Here and Now!   Just come back Home!!  Simply relax in my boat and enjoy the ever-changing sceneries along the shores, let me guide you through the fascinating symphony of lights in this magical Universe…’
