母親大地是一個巨型的能量波波，每天都有無竭無盡的澎湃動能自核心源源湧出，不斷向地面旋動散播。

釋放壓力後的真空更會讓大地電波自動湧上，接合你體内的動能核心，令它回復旋轉釋發動力！！

35. The Goddess of Healing

Mother Earth is a divine Goddess of limitless power, day after day she spins out robust energies from the core, ceaselessly spreading and spreading out onto us.

Whenever you feel fragile or exhausted, try to root the soles of your feet deep into the light of Earth, bend your knees slightly ► fold your trunk forward and down from the pelvis ► allow your palms to kiss the ground lightly ► relax and hang your head/neck/shoulders down, and keep breathing out.  Give the heavy load of ‘Me’ completely up to the true mama, instantly, gravitation shall suck up all the stress/fear/fatigue/conflicts of your bodymind like a vacuum cleaner.

The emptiness created will allow the therapeutic field of the Earth to automatically surge up and refill your entire body with rejuvenating vigor, allowing your internal engine to refresh/restart/resume/revive!!

All the artificial pleasures promised by the world, however alluring, shall have quickly diminishing marginal utility, only the Mother Earth can recharge you with true deep love/nourishment/support/vitality unconditionally anytime anywhere as you wish…
