22. 堅守任命的天使

每個人出生後都會獲派一位專責的守護天使，負責為他的一生照射光明阻截危難。不過要得到祂的眷顧保護卻有一個重要先決：只有當心在開放通敞的情況下，心鏡才能反光，令守護天使能確定我們的位置順利進行任務。

頭腦是讓心鏡開啓的橋樑，可惜大多時候我們的腦袋都充斥了太多的自我期望自我懷疑 焦慮惶恐，因而嚴重閉塞, 令心鏡緊緊閉合。諷刺的是，當心一關閉，體光便會馬上消失，令守護天使無從把我們看見。

缺乏安全感、過多疑慮反而會招來危難。每天留意觀察自己的思維意識，以觀照的光明洞見 把腦中生起積聚的怯縮慌亂 黑暗鬱結逐一消融轉化，讓心境回復坦然 自在 開闊的狀態，最優質的 充滿慈愛的 安全保護自會時刻相隨……

 22. The Guardian Angel Devoted to You

After our birth on Earth, everyone of us is assigned with a dedicated guardian angel, responsible for saving us from potential dangers and shining lights upon us for our entire life. 

But in order to get its protections there is one important prerequisite: only if the heart is wide-opened, can the heart-mirror reflect spiritual lights,  allowing the angel to locate our position and carry out its duty. 

The mind is the channel for heart opening, yet most of the time, our brain is stuffed with too much conflict/desire/doubt/fear/worries and tightly contracted, so the heart-mirror is completely blocked, darkening our aura and the sight of the guardian angel.

Ironically, insecurity/suspiciousness/worries shall attract what we don’t want towards us!!  So try to be the witness of our own thoughts, use mindfulness to melt away any stress that may bubble up from time to time.   By doing so, the heart can return to its natural state of openness, and the best loving safeguard shall keep you accompanied for all your time on earth…
